The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of dishes that you choose when you signed
up for the service. You can sign up for Hotbox by entering your Mobile number, One-time password
in your entered mobile number, your email id, and password

Updating your Payment Methods: You can update your Payment Methods by going to the ‘My Account page. We may also update your Payment Methods using the information provided by the payment service providers.
We have online and cash-on-delivery options available for payments. We used the Razorpay payment gateway. So online payments are subject to terms and Razorpay Software Private Limited’s terms and conditions are also applicable
Cancelation is only applicable before shipping the order
Once the refund is approved by Hotbox, Refund will be credited to the customer in case of any cancellations within 7-8 working days (Bank holidays may affect refund credit in the bank account ) received in your original payment method
The member who created the Hotbox account (the "Account Owner") is responsible for any activity
that occurs through the Hotbox account.
To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on the viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the Hotbox-ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold to protect you, Hotbox, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Warranties and Limitations on Liability. The Hotbox service is provided "as is" and without warranty or condition. Our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect, and consequential damages against us. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you. We are only a platform that brings buyers and sellers together. The transaction is only between seller and buyer. To help the buyer ascertain the quality of sellers, we have included a section called “Comments / Reviews”.
Class Action Waiver. WHERE PERMITTED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND Hotbox AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, where permitted under the applicable law, unless both you and Hotbox agree otherwise, the court may not consolidate more than one person's claims with your claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
We provide Application as is and We do not represent or warrant that the reliability, timeliness,
quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, or security of the Application will fulfill Your
needs and suffice Your expectations, including but not limited to Services, Third-Party Content,
Offers and Payment Method which is fully under the Service Provider, Third-Party Content Provider,
Offers Provider and Payment Method Provider’s responsibilities. We shall not be responsible for any
loss or damage caused by any failure or mistake of the Service Provider, Third-Party Content
Provider, Offers Provider, or Payment Method Provider or Your failure or mistake in complying with
Our, Service Provider, Third-Party Content Provider, Offers Provider or Payment Method Provider’s
of the internet and electronic communications, including Your, Service Provider, Third-Party Content
Provider, Offers Provider, or Payment Service Provider’s device is broken, not connected to the
internet, out of range, turned off or not functioning. We are not responsible for any delay, failure of
delivery, damage, or loss arising from such problems. However, we still supervise to ensure smooth
regulations, court orders, and/or administrative institutions or other government bodies’
requirements. We do not have any responsibility, including to take further actions or legal actions
deemed necessary by You, Service Provider, Third-Party Content Provider, Offers Provider, or
Payment Method Provider, for any problem or dispute arises between You and the Service Provider,
Third-Party Content Provider, Offers Provider or Payment, Method Provider. We are providing the
‘Comments / Reviews’ option under every seller of Products or Services for you to take the right
decisions. Please validate ‘Comments / Reviews’ before buying products or availing services. Hotbox
will not be responsible for negative Comments / Reviews on Hotbox by Users.
Actions We Consider Necessary
Physical harassment or violence you conducted toward the Service Provider or User; and/or Sexual harassment or violence, either verbally or physically, you conducted toward the Service Provider or User.
This provision applies vice-versa when You experience the same acts of violence mentioned above by the Service Provider.
We will send you information relating to your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.
